Hospitality · Hospitality pack
Every room sold once. Every guest remembered.
Route Royal runs a hotel, resort or villa on one platform, from the rate a guest is quoted to the invitation back: rooms and rates, direct bookings and your channels, arrivals and the front desk, housekeeping and maintenance, folios and the night audit, and the guest’s whole story. With Q, the AI built in, keeping the morning in hand.
- ways to sell a stay: rooms, suites, whole villas and single beds
- 4
- ways to guarantee a booking, from pay later to a deposit
- 4
- countries’ stay taxes built in: Mauritius, Australia and South Africa

One stay, start to finish
Follow Booking 2418 from the quote to the invitation back.
A stay is many small promises: the rate, the room, the extra pillows, the bill split the right way. Route Royal keeps every one on the booking’s record. Scroll on and watch three nights in a Deluxe King in Mauritius get quoted, booked, prepared for, checked in, looked after and checked out.
01·Quote
Quoted night by night.
The rate plan prices each of the three nights, with breakfast for two as a package, and checks the minimum stay and every restriction. The quote keeps each night as it was priced, so a later rate change never moves it.

Ask QWhat can we offer the Martins for 18 to 21 November?

02·Book
Booked on your own site, held at once.
The guests book on your website. The room is held the moment they start to pay and confirmed with the deposit, and the same engine sells to your channels, so the last room is only ever sold once.
- Direct booking engine
- Holds that expire
- One room, sold once

03·Prepare
Ready before they land.
A pre-arrival message goes out in the guests’ language, and they register in the guest portal, add each other as companions, ask for an airport transfer and choose a late checkout. Their preferences from the last stay are already on file.

04·Check in
Room 101, ready and waiting.
The front-desk board shows the arrival on the property’s own date. Room 101 is assigned, housekeeping has inspected and released it, and the key comes from your lock provider. A room-ready message goes out when it is.

05·Stay
Every request owned, every charge on the folio.
The guests ask for extra pillows from the portal, and the request has an owner until it is done. Dinner is charged to the room from your restaurant’s POS, onto the guests’ own folio window.

06·Service
Serviced around the guests.
Room 101 is a stayover on the housekeeping plan. It goes from occupied to clean to inspected, the minibar is restocked from the floor store, and a dripping tap becomes a work order that is checked when it is fixed.

07·Check out
A bill split the right way.
The room goes to the company that booked it and the dinners to the guests, each on their own invoice, with Mauritius VAT and the tourist fee worked out night by night. The night audit closes the day only when the money balances.

08·Invite back
Remembered for the next stay.
The stay joins the guests’ history with their preferences. Q drafts the thank-you and an invitation back, and it goes only to the guests whose consent allows it.

Q, built in
The whole house, a question away.
Q is the AI inside Route Royal. It reads the same arrivals, rooms and requests your team does, and drafts what to send, so the morning briefing takes a few questions.
- Works as the person asking, within their permissions
- Asks before it changes, books or sends anything
- Never sells a room it can’t see, or issues a refund or a key
Prefer Claude or ChatGPT?
Connect them as custom connectors. Route Royal is a complete MCP server, so the AI you already use can work your guests, bookings and messages within the permissions you grant.
How Route Royal works with AIWith QTue 7:00
You: Who’s arriving today?
Eleven arrivals. Two are returning guests, and the Martins asked for a 07:00 airport transfer tomorrow.
You: Which rooms are ready for arrivals?
Seven are inspected. Room 214 is clean and waiting for inspection, and 305 is out of order until the tap is fixed.
You: What’s still open from guests?
Three requests: extra pillows for 101, a cot for 118 and a late checkout for 220.
You: Draft a welcome note for this afternoon’s arrivals
Here are drafts in English and French. Approve them and they go out with the room-ready message.
You: Draft a thank-you to this week’s departures
Here’s a draft. It will go to the 23 guests whose consent allows it.
The whole property
Built for everyone from the desk to the floor.
Managers, the front office and the housekeeping and maintenance teams all work on the same stays and rooms, each with the view and the permissions their job needs.
One platform
Eight tools, one stay.
Most hotels run a PMS, a booking engine, a guest list, a messaging tool and a housekeeping app, with stock in spreadsheets. On Route Royal they are one record that follows the guest from the quote to the next stay.

Questions
What hoteliers ask us
What kinds of properties does it run?
Hotels and resorts with room types, unique villas, villas sold whole or by the room, and serviced apartments for long stays. Single beds can be sold on their own, and one operator can run them all, across properties and countries.
Does it connect to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb?
Yes, through a certified channel manager, which keeps your rates and availability in step with Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Vrbo. Every channel sells from the same rooms as your own site.
Do we keep our current PMS?
No. Route Royal is the property management system, from reservations to the night audit. It does not run beside another PMS that also takes the money, so talk to us in a demo about moving your bookings and opening balances across.
Does it run our restaurant?
It connects to your restaurant’s POS, so in-house guests can charge meals to their room. It has no POS, menus or table bookings of its own.
What about the spa, groups and events?
Spa treatments and activities are booked against therapists and equipment, groups take room blocks with pickup and rooming lists, and weddings and events have function space, proposals and banquet event orders.
Which countries does it work in?
Mauritius, Australia and South Africa, with each country’s stay taxes worked out by property, night and guest, including the Mauritius tourist fee and the long-stay rules in Australia and South Africa.
Does it do revenue management?
It reports occupancy, ADR and RevPAR on each closed day, and connects to the revenue management system you use. It does not forecast demand or set prices on its own.
What does it cost?
Choose a plan for the size of your team, starting with a free trial, and add the Hospitality pack for rooms and rates, reservations, the front desk, housekeeping, folios and stock. The pack is priced with you, so book a demo.
One stay, one record
Bring us a stay. We’ll run it with you.
In a demo we take one of your bookings from the quote to check-out on Route Royal: the room and its rate, the front desk, housekeeping and the folio. The pack is priced with you there.
