01 / 05·The live map
Every property, where it stands.
Each property is placed on the map as soon as it is added, gathered into clusters as you zoom out and drawn to its boundary as you zoom in. Filter by status, type, development, price and bedrooms, or draw an area and see only what falls inside.
Ask QWhat’s available in Harbour View?
- Properties placed automatically
- Boundaries from street level
- Draw an area to search
02 / 05·GIS layers
Bring the layers you already have.
Import GeoJSON, Shapefiles, KML, GeoPackage, WKT or a spreadsheet of coordinates, in any projection. Draw boundaries, easements, setbacks and zones by hand, style each layer by category or value, and link it to the property or development it belongs to.
Ask QWhich layers do we have?
- Seven file formats
- Reprojected for you
- Linked to properties and developments
03 / 05·Spatial analysis
Read the ground before you sell it.
Buffer a site, intersect two layers, merge zones or join one layer to another, and save the result as a new layer. Heatmaps show where value, activity and sales gather, and zone statistics count and price what sits inside each area.
Ask QWhich zone is the site in?
- Buffer, intersect, union and join
- Heatmaps and zone statistics
- Results saved as layers
04 / 05·AI on the map
Ask Q about what you’re looking at.
Q sees the map as you do: the area in view, the layers that are on, the property you’ve picked and the shape you’ve drawn. Ask what sits on a plot, what a layer holds or what you need to know about the property in front of you.
Ask QWhat’s on this plot?
- Sees the view you’re in
- Reads every layer
- Answers in plain words
05 / 05·Team views and links
One map the whole team works on.
See who else is on the map as they move round it. Save views for yourself or the team, pin notes where they matter, and send a link to a live map of a development, with prices if you want them, that you can switch off at any time.
Ask QTell me about the property I’ve selected
- Live with your team
- Saved views and pinned notes
- Map links you can revoke
