概要
お客様のデータはお客様のものです。私たちは、お客様のためにRoute Royalを運営する目的にのみ使用します。
有料プランのみで、無料トライアルがあります。月払いまたは年払いで、米ドルで請求されます。

Route Royalは、利用規定に従って適法にご利用ください。
Route Royalに接続したサービスには、それぞれのサービスの規約が適用されます。

本契約について
要点: 誰と誰の契約か、誰がRoute Royalを使えるか、含まれる文書、そして食い違う場合にどれが優先するか。
These terms are an agreement between you and 確認待ちthe registered name of the company that provides Route Royal ("Route Royal", "we", "us") for the use of Route Royal, the business software platform made by Elementary Digital, including its apps, website, API, SDK, webhooks, OAuth apps and MCP server (together, "the service"). You accept them by creating an account, signing an order form, or using the service.
If you use the service for an organisation, you accept these terms for it and confirm you have the authority to do so; "you" then means that organisation, and its owners and administrators act for it. Route Royal is made for businesses and the people who work in them. You must be at least 18, and you must not use the service if the law where you are, or sanctions, forbid us from providing it to you.
These terms include our acceptable use policy, and, where we process personal data for you, our data processing addendum with its subprocessors list. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the data we hold about you, and is not part of this agreement. If you sign an order form or a separate agreement with us, it takes priority over these terms where they differ; the data processing addendum takes priority on personal data. These terms are written in English, which governs where they are shown in another language.

- Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
- Keep sign-in details safe, do not share them, and turn on two-factor sign-in. Tell us straight away at support@routeroyal.com if you think someone else has used your account. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you unless you have told us otherwise.
- You are responsible for the people you invite to your organisation, the roles and permissions you give them, and what they do in Route Royal. An organisation’s owners and administrators control its users, settings, connected services, API keys and data, and we act on their instructions.
- If you work for other organisations through Route Royal, with child organisations or service grants, you confirm you have each client’s authority, and you are responsible for what you do in their name. A client can see and revoke a service grant at any time.

We provide the service as described on our website and in the app, and we keep improving it, so features change over time. We will not remove a core feature you pay for during your billing period without telling you first, and we will not make a change that materially reduces the service you pay for without giving you notice and, if you disagree, the right to cancel and get back any fees you have paid for the period after you leave.
Some features are marked as beta or preview, such as Royal Flows. They may change, be limited or stop at any time, and they come without the commitments in these terms.
We work to keep Route Royal available and secure, as our security page explains, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend parts of the service for maintenance, giving you notice where we reasonably can, and we may act at once to deal with a security risk. 確認待ちState whether any plan, such as Enterprise, comes with a service level or support commitments, and where. Otherwise, support is by email at support@routeroyal.com, during our business hours.
To keep the service working for everyone, requests to the service are rate limited and plans carry allowances, as the section on plans describes. We may set reasonable technical limits, such as on file sizes, and we will say so in the app or on the pricing page.

Route Royal has paid plans, with packs and add-ons you can add; there is no free plan. Our pricing page shows what each includes and costs, and Enterprise and some add-ons are priced with you in an order form. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes, which we add where the law requires; where you must withhold tax on a payment to us, you will gross it up so that we receive the full amount.
- Allowances. Each plan includes allowances, such as member seats and emails, SMS and AI tokens a month, shown on the pricing page. Monthly allowances reset each billing month and do not carry over. 確認待ちWhat happens when an allowance is used up: whether the feature pauses until the next period or you upgrade, or whether overage is charged and at what rate.
- Trials. Starter and Professional can start with a 14-day free trial. We do not take payment details to start a trial. 確認待ちWhat happens when a trial ends: whether the organisation’s access pauses until you choose a paid plan, and how long its data is kept meanwhile. We may limit trials to one per organisation.
- Renewal. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually; annual billing is priced at ten months. A plan renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, as the section on cancelling describes, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Where the law where you live requires it, we will remind you before an annual plan renews.
- Payment. You pay 確認待ちhow customers pay: by invoice within a set number of days until card payments go live, then by card at the start of each period. If a payment is overdue, we will tell you and, if it is still unpaid 確認待ちa set number of days later, we may suspend paid features until it is paid; we may also charge interest at 確認待ちthe rate where the law allows.
- Price changes. We may change prices, giving you at least 確認待ちnotice period for price changes, proposed as 30 days notice by email; a change applies from your next billing period, and you can cancel before it takes effect. Promotional prices last for the period we state.
- Refunds. 確認待ちRefund policy, proposed as no refunds for part of a billing period, except where these terms or the law require one. Where a refund is due, we pay it to the payment method you used.
- Disputes. Tell us about a billing mistake within 確認待ちa set number of days of the invoice and we will put it right.
お客様のデータ
要点: データはお客様のものです。サービス提供のためにのみ使い、AIの学習には決して使いません。利用する権利を持つことはお客様の責任です。
Your data is yours. "Your data" means everything you or your users put into Route Royal or connect to it, including your clients’ and contacts’ details, your messages, documents, listings, websites and recordings, and the results of your identity checks.
You give us permission to host, copy, process, transmit and show your data only to provide and support the service for you, to keep it secure, to do what you ask in the app, and as the law requires. We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models. Where it includes personal data, we process it as your processor under our data processing addendum; our privacy policy covers the data we hold about you and your users.
You are responsible for your data: for having the right to put it in Route Royal and use it, for its accuracy, for telling people how you use their data, and for getting any consent the law requires, for example before sending marketing messages, recording calls or running identity checks. You are responsible for the settings in your organisation, such as who you invite, the roles you give them, and the services you connect.
We keep backups so that we can restore the service after a failure, but they are not a substitute for your own copies. You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time; we may use aggregated data that does not identify you or anyone else to run and improve the service.

Route Royal helps you deal with your own clients, contacts and visitors: the people you message and call, who book with you, who visit the websites you build, who appear in your listings and whose identity you check. Your relationship with them is yours. We do not contract with them, and you are responsible for the terms, notices and privacy policy you give them and for the promises you make to them.
- Messages and calls. You must follow the law on messaging and calling people wherever they are, including consent, identification and opt-outs, as our acceptable use policy sets out. Calls made by the AI voice agent are recorded and transcribed; you are responsible for telling people and getting any consent required.
- Listings and websites. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, websites and content, and for meeting the rules of every channel you publish to, including property portals, social networks and Collection, our marketplace. You bring your own domain names, and you are responsible for them.
- Identity checks. Identity verification runs through your own account with the verification provider, under its terms. Route Royal records the checks and their results; you decide who to check and what to conclude, and the law on anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer duties applies to you.
- Payments. Where you take money from your customers, you do so through your own payment provider under its terms.

Use Route Royal lawfully and as our acceptable use policy sets out. In particular, do not:
- send spam, or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them where the law requires consent;
- use the service to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or harm or deceive people;
- try to get into accounts or data that are not yours, or test our security outside our responsible disclosure rules;
- overload, disrupt, scrape or copy the service, or get round its limits or allowances;
- reverse engineer or copy the software, except where the law allows it despite this; or
- resell or share the service, or use it to build a competing product, without our written agreement.
If we think your use breaks these rules or puts the service or other people at risk, we may remove content, limit features or suspend access, as the section on ending describes.
AI

Q, Route Royal’s AI, and the other AI features prepare content and actions for you. AI can be wrong, incomplete or biased, so review what it produces before you rely on it, publish it or send it. Q changes nothing until the person asking confirms the change, and you are responsible for what you confirm and for how you use what AI produces. Do not use AI features for decisions about people that the law requires a person to make, such as credit, employment or identity decisions, without a person making them.
What AI produces for you is yours to use, as far as we can grant it; the same or similar output may be produced for others. To answer requests, AI features send the data they need to the AI model providers we use, as our privacy policy explains, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
If you connect an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to Route Royal over MCP, it works with your permissions, it asks before making a change, and you are responsible for what it does in your name and for the assistant’s own terms.
開発者ツール

Where we grant your organisation developer access, you can use the SDK, API, webhooks, OAuth apps and MCP server to build on Route Royal. Keys and tokens are yours to protect: keep secret keys on your servers, never in a browser or an app you distribute, tie them to your verified domains, and tell us at security@routeroyal.com at once if one may have leaked. Requests are rate limited, and we may change the developer tools with notice, keeping earlier versions available for a reasonable time where we can.
You own what you build. Do not use the developer tools to get round the service’s limits, permissions or allowances, to copy the service, or to collect data you are not entitled to. If you offer an app to other Route Royal customers, you are responsible for it and for its terms, and we may review it and withdraw access for an app that breaks these terms. Developer access has no price yet; we will tell you before it does.
接続するサービス

You can connect services run by others, such as email and calendar accounts, property portals, social networks, identity verification, payment providers, and AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT over MCP. Their own terms apply to them, they may change or withdraw their connection, and we are not responsible for them or for what they do with your data. When you connect one, you allow us to exchange with it the data the connection needs, and you confirm you have the right to do so.
知的財産権

We own Route Royal: the software, design, brand, documentation and everything we make available, and all improvements to them. While you use the service under these terms, we give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your business. You keep everything you own in your data and content, and we claim no rights in it beyond the permission above.
You may use the Route Royal name and mark only as our brand guidelines allow, for example to say that your site is built on Route Royal. 確認待ちWhether we may name you as a customer and use your logo, and how you can opt out.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything, and we will not say they came from you without asking.
秘密保持

Each of us will keep the other’s confidential information private, use it only for this agreement, share it only with people who need it and are bound to keep it private, and protect it at least as carefully as our own. This does not cover information that is public, already known, independently developed, or received from someone else lawfully. Where the law or a court requires either of us to disclose confidential information, we will tell the other first if the law allows, and disclose only what is required. Your data is your confidential information, and the pricing and terms we agree with you are ours.

We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care, substantially as described on our website and in the app, and in line with the law that applies to us. Each of us confirms it can enter this agreement.
Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", without other promises, for example that it will meet your needs, suit a particular purpose, or be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.
If you are a consumer, or a business protected by consumer law, where you live, nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law does not allow to be excluded. In Australia, the Australian Consumer Law gives guarantees that cannot be excluded; where it applies, our liability for a failure to meet a guarantee is limited, where it is fair and reasonable, to supplying the service again or paying the cost of having it supplied again. In South Africa, nothing in these terms limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
責任

To the extent the law allows, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, however it arises.
To the extent the law allows, each party’s total liability under or in connection with these terms, in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to 確認待ちthe liability cap, proposed as the greater of the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim and a fixed sum in US dollars.
These limits do not apply to liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to your payment obligations, to a party’s breach of confidentiality, to the indemnities below, or to your breach of the acceptable use policy.
補償

You will defend us and our affiliates against claims by others arising from your data or content, from your dealings with your customers, or from your or your users’ breach of these terms or the acceptable use policy, and pay the damages, settlements and reasonable costs those claims cause us.
確認待ちConfirm whether Route Royal gives a matching indemnity; the proposal is that we will defend you against claims that the service, used as these terms allow, infringes someone’s intellectual property rights, and pay the damages, settlements and reasonable costs awarded, except where the claim arises from your data, your changes, or your use with something we did not provide. If such a claim is made, we may change or replace the affected part of the service, obtain the right for you to keep using it, or end the affected service and refund fees paid for the period after it ends.
The party seeking defence will tell the other promptly, let it control the defence and settlement, and give reasonable help; no settlement may admit fault on the other party’s behalf without its consent.
解約とアカウントの閉鎖

This agreement lasts for as long as you hold an account. You can cancel a paid plan at any time by emailing support@routeroyal.com, 確認待ちor in the app once self-service cancellation exists; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not charged again. To close your account entirely, email us too; closing it ends this agreement.
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms or the acceptable use policy, do not pay, or put the service, other customers or other people at risk, or if the law requires us to. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you time to put things right, and we will suspend only as far as needed. We may also end this agreement for convenience with at least 確認待ちnotice period, proposed as 90 days notice, refunding fees paid for the period after it ends.
When your account closes, you can ask for a copy of your data for 確認待ちhow long after closing an export can be requested, proposed as 30 days; after that we delete it, as our data processing addendum and privacy policy describe, unless the law requires us to keep some of it. Fees already due stay due. The sections on your data, your customers, intellectual property, confidentiality, our commitment, liability, indemnity, governing law and general terms continue to apply.
本規約の変更

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes. We will change the date at the top and keep earlier versions available on request. If a change matters, we will tell account holders by email, or by a notice in Route Royal, at least 確認待ちnotice period for changes to the terms, proposed as 30 days before it takes effect, except where a change is needed sooner to meet the law or a security risk, when we will tell you as soon as we can. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect and we will refund fees paid for the period after you leave; if you keep using the service afterwards, the new terms apply.
準拠法

These terms are governed by 確認待ちthe governing law, and the courts of 確認待ちthe courts with jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either of us may seek an injunction or other urgent relief in any court, and except where the law where you live gives you the right to bring or defend a claim at home, which these terms do not take away. 確認待ちWhether disputes go to arbitration instead, and under which rules.
Before starting a claim, each of us will tell the other about the dispute in writing and try in good faith to resolve it within 確認待ちa set number of days, proposed as 30. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
一般条項

- Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account and by notices in Route Royal; you send them to 確認待ちaddress for legal notices, with a copy to support@routeroyal.com. A notice by email counts as received on the next business day.
- Events beyond our control. Neither of us is liable for failing to perform, other than to pay, because of something outside its reasonable control, such as a failure of the internet, a power cut, a strike, a natural disaster, an epidemic, war or an act of government, as long as it does what it reasonably can to recover.
- Sanctions and export control. You confirm that you and your organisation are not subject to sanctions and are not in a country or territory under comprehensive sanctions, and you will not use or allow use of the service in breach of sanctions or export control laws.
- Transfer. Neither of us may transfer this agreement without the other’s consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld, except to a company that takes over its business or assets; we will tell you if we do.
- Whole agreement. These terms, with the documents they include and any order form, are the whole agreement between us about the service, and replace earlier discussions. Neither of us relies on anything not written in them, except where that would be fraudulent.
- The rest. If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies, and the part is replaced by the closest enforceable term. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. We are independent contractors, not partners, agents or employees of each other. Nobody else may enforce these terms. Headings and summaries are for convenience only.
